CMSI is located in Cedar City, Utah, and we are also licensed in Arizona. We are a General Contractor specializing in all phases of residential, commercial and industrial construction, including Dozer, Excavator, and Grader work. Our staff are qualified and experienced heavy equipment operators. We also have a full-time Geologist to help with environmental issues, mine evaluation and depth of outcrop for underground utilities and road building.
As a local, family-owned business, we pride ourselves on our quality of work and customer service, with safety as our first concern. Our people are dedicated and we can provide almost any type of equipment needed to complete your project.
